I'm having problems with my device (program is glitchy, device is crashing etc.)

A great place to start with any technology is to do a reboot. You will solve a lot of issues with the following five easy steps:

  • Step One: Turn off the device and leave it turned off for a few minutes
  • Step Two: Unplug your internet modem – leave it off for one minute
  • Step Three: Plug your modem back in Power up the router and/or modem
  • Step Four: Wait 5 minutes
  • Step Five: Turn your device back on

My username and password aren't working

If you need to reset your username and password, no problem. Simply go to https://student-password-reset.dsbn.org/ and follow the instructions.

What if I can't connect to the Internet?

You will need internet to access your child's learning environment. Sometimes, when your device is having problems connecting, you just need to reboot. Try that using the five steps above. If it still won't work, contact your internet provider.

I'm struggling with the learning platform.

Learning new programs can be difficult, but your teacher can help you out so you can support your child's learning. Pop your teacher an email describing the problem and they will follow up with you.
